LeRoy P. Stoltzfus is the President of North Central Realty Inc. and is also the Broker of Records. LeRoy grew up farming and is still immersed in the farming community. David J. Hostetter was raised in Chester County on a diary farm, and still today has a small beef operation. Matthew S. Bergey has grown up on dairy farms in the Pennsylvania counties of Montgomery, Columbia and Union. Currently Matt lives near Milton, PA where he has a hobby farm and raises his two children with his wife of 8 years. Matt has delivered feed and fertilizer over much of Pennsylvania and New York over the years and knows farms and farmers from here to there! Matt is a talented and well connected resource in the agricultural business and real estate industries.
